Booking a test online:

  • We cannot book appointments via email. Please book online at our Online Booking page. Only 5 days’ worth of appointment slots are available at a time. 

To cancel a test appointment:

  • We cannot cancel appointments via email. Please go into your confirmation email, and click on the ‘Cancel My Spot’ button, or click the link in your confirmation text message. When you cancel your appointment, that slot becomes available for someone else to be tested. Thank you helping us make as many appointments available as possible.

To get your COVID-19 test results – if you have an OHIP card:

To get your COVID-19 test results if you do NOT have an OHIP card, contact Middlesex-London Public Health at:

  • COVID-19 Hot Line: 519-663-5317 (Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30 PM)
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Tests results can take between 3-5 days

Testing for International Travel purposes

  • London COVID-19 Assessment Centres do not provide COVID-19 testing for international purposes. For more information & alternative local testing options, visit our International Travel Testing page.

COVID-19 Vaccines

  • London COVID-19 Assessment Centres do not administer COVID-19 vaccines. Visit the Middlesex-London Health Unit’s website for the latest update on vaccine roll-out:
