London COVID-19 Assessment Centre Hours for February 21 (Family Day Holiday)

On Monday, February 21, 2022, the Carling COVID-19 Assessment Centre will be open for testing with regular operating hours, from 9:20 AM to 6:30 PM, while the Rapid Molecular Testing site on Springbank Drive will be closed.

Telephone and online booking will be available on Monday, February 21 for Carling. Appointments can be booked online at www.covidtestinglm.ca/online-booking, or calling 519-685-8500, ext. 75503, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Telephone booking will not be available on Monday, February 21 for the Rapid Molecular Testing site. Phone lines will re-open on Tuesday, February 22.

We ask that the general public book their COVID-19 testing appointments online as much as possible. Questions can also be directed to the Assessment Centre through www.covidtestinglm.ca.

London COVID-19 Assessment Centres will only test those who fall within the Ontario provincial guidelines. This includes:

  • Symptomatic people who fall into one of the following groups:
    • Patient-facing health care workers
    • Staff, residents, essential care providers, and visitors in hospitals and congregate living settings, including long-term care, retirement homes, First Nation elder care lodges, group homes, shelters, hospices, temporary foreign worker settings, and correctional institutions
    • Household member of workers in the highest risk settings
    • Outpatients for whom COVID-19 treatment is being considered
    • Underhoused or homeless
    • Temporary Foreign Workers in congregate living settings
    • Pregnant people
    • First responders, including police, fire and paramedics
  • People who are from First Nation, Inuit, and Métis communities and individuals travelling into these communities for work
  • High-risk contacts and asymptomatic/symptomatic people in the context of confirmed or suspected outbreaks in high-risk settings, including hospitals, long-term care, retirement homes, other congregate living settings and institutions, and other settings as directed by the local public health unit
  • Asymptomatic testing in hospital, long-term care, retirement homes and other congregate living settings and Institutions as per provincial guidance and/or Directives
